Rey Bulay Biography

Rey Bulay is a Filipino lawyer, politician and government official. He served as a councilor in the City of Muntinlupa and became president of the Councilors League of the Philippines. He was also served as an official of the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) and as chief prosecutor of Manila.

On November 1, 2021, Malacanang confirmed that Atty. Rey Bulay has been nominated by President Rodrigo Duterte as the next commissioner of the Commission on Election (COMELEC).
