Isko Moreno is one of the best success stories from the Philippines. He rose from extreme poverty and became matinee idol in the 80s and 90s. He entered public service when the people of Manila elected him as their councilor and later vice mayor. In 2019, he was elected as mayor and thus becoming the father of around two million people. He is now the talk of the town as the future president of the Philippines.
