Willie Revillame is a Filipino television host, actor, singer, producer, businessman, and model. He was born Wilfredo Buendia Revillame on January 27, 1961 (age 60) in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. He is considered one of the richest celebrities in the country with a net worth estimated above a billion pesos.

Family and Childhood
Revillame was married to actress Princess Punzalan in 1990. Later, they separated and Willie married Liz Almoro in a civil ceremony at Lipa, Batangas in March 2005, officiated by Mayor Vilma Santos. The marriage was annulled in 2008.
Revillame has four children including Meryll Soriano and grandchildren including Elijah Palanca.
In the 1980’s, Willie Revillame started his career in the entertainment industry as host of GMA’s noontime show Lunch Date. Later, he got his biggest break as host of television program Wowowee which aired in ABS-CBN from 2005 to 2010. Since 2015 until now, he is the main host of Wowowin which is broadcast by GMA.
Willie Revillame appeared in Batang Ama, his first film which was released in 1988. To date, he was cast in more than two dozen movies.
Willie Revillame is the president and CEO of WIRE International Holdings and WBR Productions Inc. His income from his television programs, endorsements, and movies are mostly invested in real estate. In partnership with real estate mogul Manny Villar, he built the Wil Tower with a mall in a lot near the compound of ABS-CBN in Quezon City. He also owned several hectares of land in the resort city of Tagaytay where he plans to build a 5-star hotel. Aside from real estate, he is also the owner of two restaurants.
In many elections in the past, Willie Revillame was floated as a strong candidate for senator. On October 7, 2021, he announced that he is no longer interested to run for any position in the 2022 election.
