Rabiya Mateo is a Filipino-Indian beauty queen and model. She was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2020 representing the city of Iloilo in Western Visayas. The pageant was held at the Cordillera Convention Hall in Baguio City on October 25, 2020.

Aside from the Miss Universe crown, Rabiya Mateo was also given the Best in Swimsuit award. However, many observers believed that her performance in the Q and A portion was the main reason for her triumph.

On December 4, 2020, Miss Universe Philippines announced that Rabiya Mateo was given the official title “Ambassador for Education”.
