Eleanor Villanueva-Tugna is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as mayor of Bocaue, a municipality of Bulacan Province in Central Luzon Region.
On May 30, 2020, Mayor Tugna passed away due to “sepsis secondary to bacterial pneumonia.” She was 42.
