Arnan Panaligan is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the first legislative district of Oriental Mindoro Province in the MiMaRoPa Region, Philippines. Previously, he was the mayor of the provincial capital, Calapan City.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for mayor of Calapan City under the banner of the ruling PDP-Laban Party without any opponent. In 2022, he ran for congressman under the Mindoro Bago Sarili (MBS) Party and won over incumbent Naujan Mayor Mark Marcos of PDP-Laban and independent candidate Eduardo Alvaro. He is now a member of Lakas-CMD Party.
