Evelio Leonardía is a Filipino politician. He served as mayor of Bacolod City in Negros Occidental Province in Western Visayas Region. Running under the banner of PDP-Laban Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he won over former Councilor Jocelle Batapa-Sigue and independent candidate Rey Carmona.
