Joy Belmonte is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as mayor of Quezon City in Metro Manila. In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran under the banner of local Serbisyo Sa Bayan Party (SB) and defeated former Congressman Bingbong Crisologo of PDP-Laban, Ismael Mathay of katipunan ng Demokratikong Pilipino and independent candidate Wilhelmina Orozco.
On July 8, 2020, Joy Belmonte tested positive of the Coronavirus.
