Emerson Pascual is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the fourth legislative district of Nueva Ecija Province in Central Luzon, Philippines. Previously, he was the mayor of Gapan City. Running under the PDP-Laban Party in the May 9, 2022 elections, he defeated incumbent congresswoman Maricel Natividad-Nagano.

When he ran for mayor under local Unang Sigaw party in the May 13, 2019 election, he had with no opponent.
