Emmanuel Billones Biography

Emmanuel Billones is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving his second term as congressman of the first legislative district of Capiz Province. The first legislative district covers the capital city of Roxas and the municipalities of Maayon, Panay, Panitan, Pilar, Pontevedra, and President Roxas.

Running under the Liberal Party (LP) in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated Blesilda Almalbis of United Nationalist Alliance (UNA), Ruth So Chan of Partido Federal Ng Pilipinas (PFP), and Marcelo Barruela Jr. of PDDS-DPP.
