Angelina Tan is a Filipino physician and politician. She is currently serving as the first female governor of Quezon Province in CaLaBaRZon Region or Region 4-A, Philippines. He defeated incumbent Governor Danny Suarez and five other candidates in the May 9, 2022 elections.
In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran for congresswoman under the banner of the nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and won with no opponent.
On December 29, 2020, President Rodrigo Duterte accused Congresswoman Tan of corruption although he added that there is no evidence yet. Congresswoman Tan vehemently denied the accusation.
