Jaye Lacson-Noel Biography

Jaye Lacson-Noel is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as Congresswoman of the lone legislative district of Malabon City, Philippines.

In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran for congress under the Liberal Party (LP) and won over Jeannie Sandoval of the Nacionalista Party (NP). She ran again in 2022 under the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and defeated PDP-Laban candidate and former congressman Ricky Sandoval.

2010-2016, 2019-Present – Congresswoman
2016 – Ran for mayor of Malaban but she was defeated by Antolin “Lenlen” Oreta III
2007 – Lacson-Noel ran for Congress for the Combined Malabon and Navotas legislative district but his rival Alvin Sandoval was proclaimed winner. She filed an electoral protest and it was decided in her favor. She then took her oath of office on 17 November 2009 as the legitimate winner of the 2007 congressional election in the said district.
