Hermogenes Ebdane is a Filipino politician and retired police officer with the rank of Director General. He is currently serving as the governor of Zambales Province in Central Luzon Region or Region 3, Philippines.
In the May 9, 2022 election, Hermogenes Ebdane ran under the local party Sulong Zambales and defeated three-term Congresswoman Cheryl Deloso-Montalla of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC).

In 2015, Ebdane was accused of graft and usurpation of duty in connection with the alleged anomalous issuance of permits to a small-scale mining firm. He vowed to face the accusation squarely.
