Hermilando Mandanas is a Filipino businesman and politician. He is currently serving as the governor of Batangas Province in Southern Tagalog Region or Region 4-A, Philippines.

In the 2025 election, he is running for vice governor.

In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran under the Administration-backed PDP-Laban and defeated overwhelmingly independent candidates Johnifer Gutierrez and Danilo Guste. He ran for re-election in the May 9, 2022 election and won over Prudencio Gutierrez of Nationalist People’s Coalition and two other candidates.
