Manuel Mamba is a Filipino Physician and politician. He is currently serving as governor of Cagayan Province in Cagayan Valley Region or Region 2, Northern Luzon, Philippines. He ran for re-election under the Nacionalista Party (NP) and won over Dr. Zarah Pulsar Lara of the ruling PDP-Laban party.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran as an independent and defeated Randolph Ting of the National Unity Party (NUP) and Alvaro Antonio of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA).
