Lawrence Fortun is a Filipino Lawyer and politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the first legislative district of Agusan del Norte in Caraga Region. Running under the Nacionalista Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated Samuel Allan Amante of the ruling PDP-Laban Party.

The first legislative district of Agusan del Norte is composed of the highly urbanized city of Butuan and the municipality of Las Nieves.
