Government Service Career / Work Experiences
Atty. Divinagracia officially launched her legal career in December 2007 upon joining the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW), one of the Philippines’ premier institutional firms, where she refined her skills and was promoted to senior associate in 2012. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for focused trial work, she co-founded the Aguila Rances and Divinagracia Law Offices (RADLAW) in 2013 with her colleagues. In 2015, she expanded her reach by joining CNVD Law (alternatively referred to in public proceedings as Co, Nazario, Villa & Divinagracia Law Offices) as a named partner. Her expansive practice covers commercial litigation, corporate rehabilitation, banking, real estate, family law, election contests, and intellectual property enforcement.

Alongside her active practice, she helps shape the next generation of legal minds as a part-time faculty member at the Ateneo Law School, where she teaches Criminal Law I and Criminal Law II.

In recent years, Divinagracia has consistently been thrust into high-profile national legal battles. She served as the legal counsel for the late Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Undersecretary Catalina Cabral, vigorously defending her client’s reputation, public service record, and civil liberties before various investigative bodies, including the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee and the Office of the Ombudsman.

In mid-2026, her formidable trial reputation led to her appointment as a private prosecutor for the House of Representatives’ prosecution panel. Alongside other top-tier legal scholars like former Supreme Court spokesperson Theodore Te and veteran litigator Arnold Labay, Divinagracia volunteered her services to the 26-member joint prosecution team ahead of the high-stakes Senate impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte, solidifying her status as one of the country’s most formidable contemporary litigators.
