Jeryll Harold Respicio is a Filipino Certified Public Accountant, lawyer and politician. He is currently serving as vice mayor of the municipality of Reina Mercedes in Isabela Province.
After winning the May 2025 elections, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) initially suspended his proclamation due to a pending disqualification case tied to claims that he could “hack” the election system; though Comelec refuted any system mismatch, they later lifted the suspension in June 2025, allowing him to be proclaimed as Vice Mayor.
