Joida Gagnao has accumulated a total of five medals at the SEA Games, including two silver medals in the women’s 3000m steeplechase (achieved in 2019 and 2023) and three bronze medals in the women’s 5000m (in 2019, 2021/2022, and most recently at the 2025 SEA Games in Bangkok, Thailand, where she finished with a time of 17:09.87 minutes).

Joida Gagnao has been recognized as a National Champion in the Philippines for the 3000m steeplechase and the 5000m. Furthermore, she has been noted to be associated with the Army, and in the 2025 ICTSI Philippine Athletics Championships, she topped the distaff side of the 5000m event.
