Mazel Paris Alegado is considered as a skateboarding prodigy and one of the world’s youngest international competitors. She holds the distinction of being the youngest gold medalist for the Philippines in SEA Games history. Her major achievements include winning the gold medal in the women’s park event at the 2025 SEA Games in Bangkok, Thailand, with a score of 79.72, where she led a 1-2 finish for the country. Earlier in her career, she made global headlines by competing at the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, at just nine years old, where she was the youngest participant in the women’s park event and finished an impressive seventh in the finals.
