  1. The government should overhaul the system of building infrastructures. First, ban all local contractors because these are all owned and controlled by corrupt politicians. Replaced them with world class contractors from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. Encourage also our reputable national contractors such as San Miguel, DMC, and SM in nation building because they will not allow corruption to destroy their reputation and businesses.
