Delfin Justin R. Encarnacion is a Filipino politician. He is serving as the mayor of San Jose de Buenavista, the capital of Antique Province in Western Visayas Region, Philippines.

Delfin Justin Encarnacion was elected as vice mayor in 2022 under the banner of Aksyon Demokratiko (AKSYON). He assumed the position of mayor upon the death of mayor Elmer Untaran in July 2024.
