Prior to becoming a businesswoman, Czarina Sevilla worked as a kitchen helper then as a pastry chef helper before she was promoted as a manager. Later, she resigned to put up a pastry business but failed and all her savings were gone. Undaunted, she borrowed money start an avocado dessert kiosk. The first branch was a huge success that she replicated it in other areas using the franchising method. There are now more than 200 outlets since 2019.

In March 2024, Czarina Sevilla was given Inspiring Filipina Entrepreneur award at the GoNegosyo Women Summit 2024.
