Jose T. Pardo is a Filipino entrepreneur, former government official, and philanthropist. He is best known as the founder of publicly-listed Philippine Seven Corporation, the philippine operator the 7-11 convenience store. He is also known as the Chairman of the Philippine Stock Exchange. He was the secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry and later, Department of Finance during the presidency of Joseph Estrada.
