Oliva M. Regal is a Filipino lawyer, government official, politician and digital content creator. She served as treasurer of Mandaue, a city in Cebu Province in Central Visayas Region or Region 7, Philippines. She is also the president of the Cebu Lady Lawyers Association (CELLA), the first transgender to hold the position.
In the 2025 elections, Atty Oliva Regal ran for congresswoman of the lone district of Mandaue City under the banner of Aksyon Demokratiko party. She did not make it.
