In 2023, Ezra Williams auditioned at the 12th edition of The Voice Australia where she sang About Damn Time by American singer and rapper Lizzo. Of the four judges, only Rita Ora and Jessica Mauboy turned for her. She then chose Jessica Mauboy to be her coach. She advanced up to the finals where she rendered the song Don’t Go Yet by Camila Cabello. She also had duet with her coach where they sang Harry Styles’ As It Was.
