Leonardo M. Javier Jr. is a Filipino businessman and politician. He is currently serving as vice governor of Leyte Province in Eastern Visayas Region or Region 8, Philippines. In 2022, he ran for vice governor under PDP-Laban Party and defeated independent candidate Carlo Pilpa.
Leonardo Javier Jr., also known as Sandy, is the founder Andok’s Corporation, the company behind Andok’s Litson Manok (Roasted Chicken) with more than 300 branches nationwide. He started the business sometime in 1985 with its main branch in West Avenue, Quezon City.
