Miss World Philippines 2022 will be the 11th edition of the pageant in the country. Four major awards were given to candidates who will represent the country at the Miss World 2022, Miss Supranational 2022, Miss Eco International 2022, and Reina HispanoAmericana 2022.

Coronation night was held at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City on June 5, 2022. The winners last year namely, Tracy Perez, Dindi Pajares, Emmanuelle Vera, and Kathleen Paton crowned their successors at end of the event.
