Percival V. Cendana is a Filipino politician and activist. He is serving as a congressman who won as a nominee of Akbayan party list. He took oath on September 25, 2024 one day after the Commission on Elections (Comelec) proclaimed Akbayan as a winner in the 2022 party-list race. In the 2025 election, he was won congressman as the second nominee of Akbayan, the no. 1 party-list winner.
