Harry Roque is a Filipino lawyer, professor, politician and government official. He served as Presidential Spokesperson of President Rodrigo Duterte. In the May 9, 2022 elections, he ran for senator but lost.
In 2021, Harry Roque was an applicant for membership in the United Nations International Law Commission but his application was opposed by various groups including the University of the Philippines Executive Committee. Eventually, he got the lowest vote among nominees.
