Thorrsson Montes Keith is a Filipino lawyer and former government executive. He became famous after he resigned from his position as anti-fraud officer of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation due to alleged massive corruption. He later appeared before the Senate Committee of the Whole as a witness during the investigation of the PhilHealth corruption scandal.
On October 16, 2020, former PhilHealth CEO Ricardo Morales filed on Friday a cyberlibel complaint against whistleblower Thorrsson Montes Keith.
