Panumbagan Sand Bar is an emerging tourist destination in the Bicol Region of the Philippines. It is located in Barangay Bantayan, municipality of Pilar, province of Bicol, about 502 kilometers southeast of Manila. (See map below).

I am not sure when the PH can be really safe. I really hope to be back for some good vacay.
