Annaliza G. Kwan is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as mayor of Guiuan, a municipality of Eastern Samar Province in the Eastern Visayas Region, Philippines.

In December 2020, Mayor Kwan was suspended for 90 days over a graft case concerning the purchase of a fire truck in 2007.
