Faustino Olowan is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is currently serving as vice mayor of Baguio, a city located in Benguet Province, Cordillera Region, Philippines. Running under the banner of the ruling PDP-Laban Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he won over Michael Lawana of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP), independent candidate former city administrator Peter Fianza and incumbent Councilor Elmer Datuin of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA).
