Joseph Evangelista is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as senior member of the provincial board of Cotabato Province in Region 12, Philippines.
Running for mayor of Kidapawan City under the banner of Nacionalista Party (NP) in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated Bernado Pinol of the ruling PDP-Laban Party, Hilario Meñosa of the Kilusang Bagong Lipunan (KBL) and independent candidate Eligio Aznar. In 2022, he was barred from running again for mayor by law so he opted to run for board member in the second district and won with the highest number of votes.
