Michelle Rabat is a Filipino politician. She served as mayor of Mati City, the capital of Davao Oriental Province in Region 11. Running as an independent in the May 13, 2019 election, she defeated her cousin incumbent mayor Carlo Luis Rabat of the regional party Hugpong Ng Pagbabago (HnP).
