Dayan Agda is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as mayor of Borongan City, the capital of Eastern Samar Province in the Eastern Visayas Region. Running under the banner of National Unity Party (NUP) in the May 13, 2019 election, he won over independent candidate Victor Franco, Jesus Amoyo of Laban Ng Demokratikong Pilipino (LDP) and Gilbert Escoto of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC).
