Carlo Jorge “Guido” Reyes was a Filipino politician. He served as governor of Negros Oriental Province in Central Visayas Region.

He assumed the office of governor upon the death of Governor Roel Degamo on March 4, 2023. Previously, he served as mayor of Guihulngan City.

On May 31, 2023, Governor Carlo Jorge “Guido” Reyes passed away due to terminal illness. He was 62 years old.
