Oscar Malapitan is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the first district of Caloocan City in Metro Manila, Philippines. Previously, he was the mayor of the city.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for mayor under the banner of the Nacionalista Party (NP) and beat three other relatively unknown candidates. He ran for congress in 2022 and won over the Alou Nubla of Aksyon Demokratiko and another independent candidate.
