Marcelino “Marcy” R. Teodoro is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as mayor of Marikina City in Metro Manila, Philippines.

In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran under the banner of the ruling PDP-Laban Party without any opponent. In 2022, he ran for re-election under United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) and defeated incumbent Congressman Bayani Fernando of Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC).

* As mayor, he allowed Marikina to be the host of the 2017 Metro Manila Pride March and Festival.
