Joy Belmonte is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as mayor of Quezon City in Metro Manila. In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran under the banner of local Serbisyo Sa Bayan Party (SB) and defeated former Congressman Bingbong Crisologo of PDP-Laban, Ismael Mathay of katipunan ng Demokratikong Pilipino and independent candidate Wilhelmina Orozco. She ran again for mayor in 2022 and defeated former Environment Secretary and Anakalugusan party-list representative Mike Defensor.
In 2025, Joy Belmonte ran for reelection and won with no strong opponent.
