Cecilia Araneta Marcos is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as governor of Ilocos Norte Province in Region I, Philippines.

In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran as a substitute for her husband Mariano Marcos II who was found unconscious at the men’s room of Laoag International Airport during the campaign period. A candidate of the Nacionalista Party (NP), she won over Michael Ramones of the ruling PDP-Laban Party.
