Hilario Davide III is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is currently serving as vice governor of Cebu Province in Central Visayas Region. Running under the banner of the Liberal Party (LP) in the May 13, 2019 election, he won over Marie Daphne Salimbangon of the ruling PDP-Laban Party. He ran for re-election under the same party in 2022 and defeated One Cebu candidate Maria Theresa Heyrosa.
In his first election bid for governor in 2010, he lost to incumbent governor Gwendolyn Garcia. In 2013, he ran again for governor and defeated incumbent congressman Pablo John Garcia, the brother of Gwendolyn. He was reelected into office in 2016 after defeating Winston Garcia by a small margin.
In the 2025 election, Junjun Davide is running for congressman of the second legislative district of Cebu Province as an independent candidate.
