In 2014, Gazini joined the Miss World Philippines beauty pageant and was one of the top 13 candidates. On June 9, 2019, she competed in the Binibining Pilipinas (Miss Philippines) and won the Best in Long Gown and Face of Binibini (Miss Photogenic) awards. Eventually, she was crowned to represent the Philippines in the Miss Universe 2019 competition where she was on the top 20 contestants. The 2019 Miss Universe was won by Zozibini Tunzi of South Africa.
