Michelle Dee joined Binibining Pilipinas 2019 and won as Miss Philippines – World. She bested 39 other candidates. On 14 December 2019, she represented the Philippines in the Miss World 2019 competition held in London, United Kingdom where she was placed in the Top 12.
In 2022, Michelle Marquez Dee joined the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 edition. She was crowned as Miss Universe Philippines Tourism. She also bagged the Best in Evening Gown award.
