Marissa Andaya was a Filipino politician. She served as congresswoman of the first legislative district of Camarines Sur Province. On July 5, 2020, she succumbed to cancer which she fought for seven years.

The second district is composed of the municipalities of Cabusao, Del Gallego, Lupi, Ragay, and Sipocot. In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran under the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) Party and defeated Roberto Mejia of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
