Manuel “Chiquiting” T. Sagarbarria is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the second legislative district of Negros Oriental Province.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for congressman under the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) Party and defeated independent candidates Jimmy Merto and Ryan Ybañez. In 2022, he ran for re-election under the same party and won over George Arnaiz of Lakas.
