Emmarie M. Ouano-Dizon is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as the congresswoman of the lone legislative district of Mandaue City in Cebu Province, Central Visayas Region, Philippines. Previously, she was the congresswoman of the sixth legislative district of the province. Running under the ruling PDP-Laban Party in the May 13, 2019 election, she defeated Baldomero Estenzo of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and independent candidate Walter Dy.
The sixth legislative district of Cebu covers the City of Mandaue and the municipalities of Consolacion and Cordova for now. Mandaue will become a separate district in 2022.
