Ruth Mariano-Hernandez is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as congresswoman of the second legislative district of Laguna Province.

In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran as an independent candidate and won over fellow independent candidates Efraim Genuino, Isidro “Jun” Hemedes, Jr., and Jaime Caringal. Also defeated were Tirso LaviƱa of PDSP and Rosauro Revilla of DPP. In 2022, she ran for re-election under the PDP-Laban Party and defeated BIGKIS candidate Efraim Genuino.
