Juan Miguel Arroyo is a Filipino politician and actor. He is currently serving as the congressman of the second legislative district of Pampanga Province in Central Luzon. Running under the Lakas Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated independent candidate Jun Puling Ponio.
The second legislative district of Pampanga covers the municipalities of Floridablanca, Guagua, Lubao, Porac, Santa Rita, and Sasmuan.
